Bruxelles, chez tous les libraires, 1866. 12 by 19 cm. (6)-frontispiece-163 pages. Contemporary Veronese green bradel half-percaline, smooth spine, brown title page, covers preserved. Small loss to title page, corners slightly worn. A few rare brown spots. Second edition, 500 copies on vellum. Published in June, a few months after the first. Vicaire I, 348. It includes the 6 condemned pieces from Les Fleurs du Mal, and 17 new poems. This edition does not normally include a frontispiece by Félicien Rops. In our copy, the frontispiece is present, as is the Explanation du Frontispice page, printed in red, both on Chine. The preserved covers are rare and precious (gray paper and red ink).
