India ink, watercolor and colored pencils, signed below. Size: 30,5x40 cm (at sight). French naval painter, stamp designer, engraver and illustrator, Jean Delpech lived until 1935 in Indochina, where his father was an architect. Provenance: Bought by a magistrate in Hanoi in the 1930s. In the family by descent.
