ORIGINAL EDITION attributed to Dufour. With a figure on wood. Qq. slightly unbound leaves. Annotated in ink "Collegy Paris Sae Jesu" on the title page. The text is divided into three parts: the part on coffee is said to be by a learned physician of the Empire who did not want to be named, the part on tea is taken from the relations and observations of Bishop Beryte, Father Alexandre de Rodez and Nicolas Tulpius, and the last one on chocolate is René Moreau's translation of the speech by Antonio Colmenero de Ledesma.
