Tsuba, kashira and kojiri in stag horn, fuchi in shakudo decorated with diamond motifs on a nanako background, baguette-shaped menuki and basketry.
Saya in natural wood with hiramaki-e decoration of gold, silver and brown lacquer of the instruments of the tea ceremony.
Dated Tenpo 8, 1837, signed Masakatsu, and stamped. (Accidents and misses)
