Poly-lobed bowl on foot in dark rhinoceros horn carved with two chilong forming a handle, the rim carved with a frieze of Greeks.

pre-Convention, prior to July 1, 1947 and therefore
in accordance with EC Regulation 338/97 of 09/12/1996 art.2- Wmc,
and prior to July 1, 1975 and therefore in accordance with
the French decrees of 16 August 2016 and 4 May 2017.
For a trip out of the European Union, a CITES from
re-export will be necessary, the latter being the responsibility of the
future purchaser. The issuance of such a document is not
not automatic. For a possible re-export,
it will be up to the successful tenderer to find out -
before any purchase - from the country's customs authorities
concerned, particularly in the case of the United States or
Asia.
