Winchester rifle model 1873, 24" blued octagonal barrel, 38 WCF calibre, centerfire, marked: "WINCHESTER'S REPEATING ARMS. NEWHAVEN. CONN. U. S. A - KING'S IMPROVEMENT PATENTED MARCH 29. 1866. OCTOBER 16. 1860" and: "38 W. C. F", blue iron breech housing marked on the back: "MODEL. 1873" and, below, on the brass part: "38 CAL"; numbered on the trigger guard: "224321 B"; cleaning rod in the compartment of the bed plate; walnut stock. Period, United States, circa 1886/1887. Very good condition. Declarable Category C weapon: For the purchase of notifiable Category C weapons, the purchaser must provide a valid identification and hunting licence from the year (or previous year), or a valid shooting licence (or previous year). These weapons will only be issued after consultation of the FINIADA file (national file on prohibitions on the acquisition and possession of weapons). The buyer's registration in this file will automatically result in the nullity of the sale. The signature of the policy book by the acquirer and the establishment of a CERFA are mandatory.
