Gouache, watercolor, gold paint and ink on paper, signed lower left, inscribed in French with instructions to the dressmaker, titled in French and Cyrillic and dated upper right. Ce projet de costume fut réalisé pour le ballet Petrouchka (1911) d'Igor Stravinsky représenté au Royal Opera House de Covent Garden à Londres en 1957(*)
