La subasta se realiza al contado en efectivo, por transferencia bancaria, Paypal, Revolut o vía Western Union y la comisión al comprador es de un 17% sobre el precio de martillo, más un 3% correspondiente a la plataforma DROUOT, totalizando un 20% sobre el precio de martillo. El pago de mercadería deberá realizarse dentro de los siguientes diez días hábiles desde el fin de la subasta; de no ser así, el cliente podrá perder el lote adjudicado y se le abrirá una disputa. La mercadería podrá ser retirada personalmente por el comprador en Zorrilla Subastas, o bien solicitar su envío al exterior vía DHL (con seguro incluido). El costo de envío es variable y se calcula de acuerdo al lugar de envío, y el tamaño, peso y valor de la mercadería adquirida. Si el costo de la mercadería es mayor a 200 USD, por ley uruguaya se deberá abonar 280 USD correspondientes a trámites de aduana uruguaya. Si la mercadería adquirida es una obra de arte se debe solicitar a la Comisión del Patrimonio Cultural de la Nación una guía que autorice la salida del país de dicha obra o libro, con un costo de 60 USD. Los lotes que se subastan han sido exhibidos y anunciados con anticipación suficiente a fin de que los interesados y compradores pudieran examinarlos, pedir informes o más fotografías y revisar su condición, habiendo podido igualmente estudiar sus antecedentes, documentación si la hubiera, averías y otros defectos.
Zorrilla Subastas commission rate is 17% of the items hammer price. As DROUOT commission rate is 3% of the items hammer price, the total commission cost for each item bought is 20%. Zorrilla provides photos and descriptions of every lot in advance of the auction. If you should like any more photos, or information about any item at auction, you must make that inquiry before the auction.
Accepted payment methods.
We accept the following methods as means of payment: cash ( for local bidders ), wire transfer, Paypal, Revolut and Western Union. All the information necessary for making an electronic payment will be provided by Zorrilla Subastas after the auction. The day after the auction, all winning bidders will receive a preliminary invoice which confirms their winnings. Three days after the preliminary invoice has been sent, winning bidders will receive a final invoice and all the information they need in order to complete the payment. Winning bidders have 10 working days to complete the payment. If winning bidders do not complete the payment within the allotted time, Zorrilla Subastas will open a dispute with the bidder.
Shipping Terms

The final cost of the shipping depends on the weight, delivery place, cost of the item and size.
In some cases, there are additional costs such as customer broker fees and heritage fees aswell as other costs specific to certain items. It is your responsibility as a bidder to be aware of the additional costs of the items you are interested in before the auction. The costs of the shipping materials are payed by the bidder.
All exports which have a declared value of 200 USD or more must pass through a customer broker whose charge is 280 USD fee.
All painting exports require national documentation to legitimize their export in case that the painting has a signature. The cost of Heritage is 60 USD fee.
