Two silver wine ewers; to include a tall Edwardian silver ewer by Harrison Brothers & Howson (George Howson), Sheffield 1903, with tapered body and reeded lip adorned with floral roundels, equipped with a hinged and domed cover with swirl finial, scrolled ebonised handle, on stepped circular foot, overall height 28.0 cm; together with a smaller ewer of vase shape by James Deakin & Sons, Sheffield 1922, ebonised finial on hinged cover and fitted with scrolled handle, supported on an oval stepped foot, 22.0 cm tall; Total weight of items 22.72 ozt.
