An 'Aquarius' brooch cum pendant set with diamonds and sapphires, circa 1950s in a late Art Deco style, modelled as a kneeling maiden pouring water from a jug, against a semicircle frame, encrusted with round-cut and calibré-cut diamonds, with synthetic ruby and sapphire accents, fitted with trombone clasp to the reverse, also with loops for conversion to a pendant, struck with Austrian horse head assay mark for 585 gold (1925-2001), 4.4 x 3.8 cm, in a fitted case signed B. Barnett Ltd., 71 & 72 Burlington Arcade, London W, total weight 18.7 grams.
