In a gilt profile frame, inscribed "Le M al de Saxe" ("Le Maréchal de Saxe") at the bottom. Painting brittle, varnish renewed, restored. Partially slightly damaged, signs of age. Dimensions of the painting 60 x 50 cm, framed 77 x 63 cm. Early repetition of the pastel portrait by Jean-Étienne Liotard from 1748. Condition: II
