Very rare first edition of the Acts of the Conference of Carthage (411) on i.a. the original sin, by the French humanist historian Masson (1544-1611). Als eine der wichtigsten Versammlungen in der Geschichte der katholischen Kirche wurde sie von Marcellinus von Karthago geleitet, der die orthodoxe Partei unterstützte, was zur gewaltsamen Unterdrückung der Donatisten führte.
