RB ROSSANA chair. Italy, 1970s. Beech wood and rattan. Measurements: 75 x 46 x 52 cm. The chair in tender shows the intention of Rb Rossana to respond to the needs of the market, focusing its work on creativity and design. This piece of furniture combines formal economy and elegance in its design. Straight, pure and robust lines combine with a curved backrest in which the form is allied with the handcrafted warmth of beech. Rb Rossana is a reference firm in the field of design, technology and quality specialized in kitchen furniture. Its beginnings date back to 1953, when Fulvio Bembrilla, founder and historical manager of the company, started an artisan kitchen furniture workshop in the Italian city of Bergamo. In fact, in 1972 RB Rossana was the first kitchen furniture manufacturer with products exhibited at the MOMA (Museum of Modern Art) in New York. The brand has always maintained collaboration with some of the best international designers such as Giancarlo Llipandri, Michele de Lucchi, Rodolfo Dordoni and many more.
