Cuerpo de cuero negro lacado (craquelado) con visera redonda, monturas de metal no ferroso dorado y forro de solapa de cuero marrón oscuro. Emblema de estrella dorado con medallón de escudo aplicado en alpaca. Placa con cuatro pivotes de cabeza redonda y ajedrezado corto y liso, el guardacuellos sin respiradero. Correa de cuero en el botón M 91, escarapelas de hierro lacado en color (Reich y Prusia). Parcialmente dañada, signos de antigüedad. Estado: II
