Oil on panel On the back inscribed: "JB/ Nº 26/ Fed. co Baroccio" Painter characterized by a late Mannerist style, with a Cold color with iridescent touches. He was a disciple of Bernardo Castello (1557-1629) and in his production there are many small-format paintings for a private clientele, as in the case of this “Holy Burial”, undoubtedly inspired by the famous work of Raphael. Sanzio (1483-1520) from the Galleria Borghese Measurements: 53.5 x 36.5 cm.
