No. DD970157, Ref. 1803, Cal. 1556, Case No. 2815351, Dimensions 36 mm, circa 1971, Weight 118 g, Origin Schweiz, Original certificate Case: 18 K gold, screw back with marking 1803, fluted bezel, screwed "Twinlock" winding crown, 18 K gold "President" bracelet dated 3/71, Crownclasp folding clasp, bracelet length 125 mm, total length 160 mm. Dial: Beautifully faded Havanna dial, sunburst finish, applied indexes with luminous dots, luminous baton hands. Movm.: Automatic. This Day-Date has a beautiful dial that has faded over the years and has taken on a very attractive "Havana" colour. All luminous dots are present and have darkened slightly over the years. Only the luminous material in the hour hand shows signs of damage due to ageing. The "President" bracelet also shows some signs of wear. The name of the Rolex Day-Date explains its two main functions – the date under the Cyclops lens and the large window for the day of the week at 12 o'clock.
