Cesc Senar, for Betera. Table. Totem model. Marble and glass. Measurements: 75 x 110 x 110 cm. Since 1972, the designer Cesc Senar has been creating auxiliary furniture for the modern home for Masis. Over the decades, innovation in terms of aesthetic and functional perception, but also in the use of new materials, has been refined and adapted to the most contemporary demands. Totem is one of Masis' classic models, contemporary in style and timeless in design, endowed with timeless elegance and cadence. In addition to the model with square or rectangular top, Senar also designed this variant with a circular top in transparent glass. The backing, consisting of two intersecting slats, is made of white marbled marble. The cross-section is balanced by the circle of the tabletop, offering a design of refined geometry.

ALFRED MÜLLER (Frankfurt, 1932- 1991) for Belmag. Table lamp model 1500, 1950s. Aluminum and steel. Extendable up and down. It presents marks of use typical of the passage of time. Measurements: 51 x 32 x 32 cm. Pivoting and height adjustable table lamp, by Alfred Müller for Belmag AG, Switzerland. Alfred Müller learned craftsmanship techniques in a self-taught manner and later trained at the Werkkunstschule Wiesbaden. He was one of the first employees of the Braun company, where he designed several kitchen appliances. He was the creator of the SM3 shaver and the KM 3/3 kitchen appliance. From 1960 he worked as a freelance designer. He designed the 2000 fountain pen for Lamy, using Makrolon material, which was previously unusual for writing instruments. The fountain pen became a modern design classic and a worldwide success.

Hexagonal tray. DAVID MARSHALL. Seville, 20th century. Aluminum and brass. Measurements: 3 x 27,5 x 24 cm. The pieces of the Sevillian company David Marshall, opened in the 1980s, "have stood the test of time and have become design classics," according to the creators themselves. For them, the pieces "must satisfy a basic sensual and sculptural concept (the need to feel, touch, caress...) and another fundamental premise: efficiency and functionality". Their star materials are aluminum and brass fused by gravity to the sand, using artisanal methods whose origin dates back to Roman culture.
