Antique Chinese carved jade brush washer, Qing dynasty. The sides with two carved and pierced dragons chasing a pearl. Well carved from a jade pebble with russet inclusions along the backs of the dragons. With finely incised lines throughout and natural indentations along the base. Height: 1 1/2 in x width: 5 1/4 in x depth: 4 3/4 in. Weight: 264.5 g.

Style of Wang Bingrong (Chinese, 1820-1875). Pale lime green bisque glazed brush pot with a carved landscape. Stamped along the underside Wang Bingrong Zuo (Wang Bingrong Made). Wang Bingrong was a notable potter specializing in porcelain with carved decoration, almost like ivory carvings, active in the Tongzhi to Guangxu periods (1862-1908). Height: 5 1/2 in x diameter: 3 1/2 in.
