Slingshot, Guro. Ivory Coast. H 22.5 cm. In the shape of a female figure with elaborate coiffure, formed from parallel rows of plaits, adorned with bracelets and dressed with a hip apron; black, shiny patina with traces of blue pigment. The feet were broken and glued, slightly damaged. Provenance: ex Gorny & Mosch, auction 275, December 16, 2020, lot 469; ex Bavarian collection.
