Large decorative plate with turquoise stones. Central Asia, Timurid, 14th - 16th century. 120g, ø 10.4cm. Round disc with granulated decoration and turquoise stones, the upper rim with three profiled eyelets with set turquoise. The outside with a border of pseudo-granules, followed by hemispherical attachments with granule decoration and a row of small, set turquoise stones. In the central area, diamonds of granules, followed by a row of turquoises. In the center a raised rosette with a central turquoise. Smooth reverse. Published! Gold!
