Bronze pin with "Conqueror of the Animals". Luristan, 10th - 9th century BC L 25cm. The pin shaft (L 18.2cm) merges into a grooved socket with eyelet. The pin head is open-worked: In the center is a human figure, to which two upright panthers are antithetically assigned. The group is framed by panther heads on long necks.
