Buyer's Premium A buyer's premium will be added to the hammer price and is payable by the purchaser as part of the total purchase price. The buyer's premium is 25% of the hammer price. All purchases regardless of bidding method are subject to the Buyer's Premium and appropriate Sales Tax. An additional fee will be charged on any purchase made using live online bidding. In addition to other remedies available to us by law, we reserve the right to impose from the date of sale a late charge of 1.5% per month of the total purchase price if payment is not made in accordance with these conditions.
