Louis XV style flat desk in rosewood and violet wood veneer, opening at the waist with three drawers. The curved top is upholstered in gilded leather and rests on four curved legs. Rich ornamentation in chased and gilded bronze. 77 x 140 x 76 cm. Some wear, one bronze is missing. Quality 20th century manufacture, in the style of the Faubourg St Antoine in Paris.
