MEISSEN Porcelain bowl with polychrome decoration of sailboats on the sea in a cartouche surrounded by birds in iron red, the center of the bowl decorated with a sailboat in iron red. A saucer with polychrome decoration of a gallant couple in a park is attached, the reverse with a turquoise background. 18th century, the bowl circa 1735, the saucer circa 1745. H. 5 cm, D. 13 cm. Wear to the bowl, accidents to the saucer.
