A work designed to help people win various lotteries, according to a method attributed to Cagliostro, based on mathematical martingales, astrology and dream interpretation. The work ends with 90 woodcut figures.
1st edition of this book published annually thereafter by Jacques Julien Menut de Saint-Mesmin, who called himself a bookseller, editor of Tableau romain, journal of the royal lottery of France; author of Tables d'argent, jeu d'un numéro sans martingale; Directeur de la société des mathématiciens des Loteries; had his Lotonomique office on rue Saint Honoré... In subsequent editions, he called himself Cagliostro's successor... For more than 20 years, he published treatises on how to get rich with lotteries...
