Beautiful colored engraving forming part of "La Guerre 1914-1915" from Imagerie Epinal No. 89. The illustrations, like the title, heavily attack German Kaiser Wilhelm II, who was guilty of ordering looting and destruction on some of France's finest monuments such as the Cathedral of Reims, the Library and Church of St. Pierre in Louvain, and the Town Hall in Arras.
