H. G. Wells Autograph Letter Signed ALS, penned on a 4.5 x 3.5 postal card, postmarked in London on October 30, 1922. Brief handwritten letter to British sociologist Victor Branford, in full: “I have had to make a vow against prefaces and published commendations.” In very good to fine condition, with staple holes, a rusty paperclip impression, and mounting discoloration at the corner tips.
