A collection of jewels, 19th and 20th century, comprising: a mid 19th century brooch of oval outline set with polished chalcedony with a floral spray in gold set with turquoise and coral, in a gold scrollwork frame, length 6.8cm; a gold brooch designed as conjoined rings of turquoise cabochons and pearls, length 3.3cm, stamped 15CT, pearls untested; an enamel and pearl mourning pendant mounted in gold suspending a fringe of gold pendants, the reverse with a glazed compartment of hairwork and dedicatory inscription dated 1865, length 4.4cm, pearl untested; a gold locket pendant, length 4.7cm; a carnelian and 9ct gold carnelian fob seal pendant, length 2.2cm, British hallmarks; a pair of gold drop earrings, one surmount deficient; a pair of cultured pearl and peridot earrings; a pair of cultured pearl tassel earrings in silver; a pair of mother of pearl cross pendants; a pair of peridot drop earrings in gold, post fittings; a cultured pearl bracelet with a floral clasp in 9ct gold set with turquoise cabochons, length 16cm, British hallmarks; and five cultured pearl necklaces, the clasps variously set with diamonds, half pearls, aquamarine and turquoise, longest 47cm, four with British hallmarks for 9ct gold, half pearls untested
