Franz Frankl, Winterliche Flusslandschaft atmospheric snowy winter landscape with a quietly flowing river in the warm light of the evening sun, oil on panel, 1st half 20th century, signed lower right "Franz Frankl" and inscribed "München", somewhat in need of cleaning, in a splendid gilt stucco frame of the period, this with minor bumping, folded dimensions approx. 61 x 76 cm. Artist information: actually Franz Xaver Frankl, German landscape painter and graphic artist.
