A French powder flask, mid-19th century Partially gilded body of partly polished, partly punched root wood, with a medallion framed by bone beads with the initials "L" and "V" on the front and back. Clasp and hinged chute made of nickel silver with side windows. The chute itself inscribed "Roche I eur a Paris". Length 23.5 cm. Condition: II -
