Das Künstlerbuch stellt einen Dialog zwischen dem Werk des murcianischen Yagües und dem Gedichtband "Perito en Lunas" des Dichters Miguel Hernández aus Orihuela dar. Die Radierungen basieren aus den mythologisch-erotischen Versen des Dichters, in welcher zahlreiche Figuren aus der griechisch-lateinischen Antike auftauchen, wie Leda, Venus, Siringa, Phaethon, Jupiter, Pan oder Europa und der Mond, denn der Mond ist das Element, das in der gesamten Produktion des Dichters aus Orihuela am häufigsten vorkommt. Die Graphiken sind teils mit reliefierten Applikationen aus Metall versehen. - Die meist nachtblauen Aquatinten überaus gratig und farbsatt. Seltenes Objekt aus kleinster Auflage. Dimensions of the box: 59 x 79 x 5 cm. - One of five numbered copies. - Contains 25 large-format aquatints (sheet dimensions approx. 72 x 51 cm each) and 15 smaller ones (25.5 x 14 cm). Most of them signed, dated and titled. - Published on the occasion of the exhibition of the same name in the Spanish city of Orihuela. The artist's book represents a dialogue between the work of the Murcian Yagües and the book of poems "Perito en Lunas" by the poet Miguel Hernández from Orihuela. The etchings are based on the poet's mythological-erotic verses, in which numerous figures from Greek-Latin antiquity appear, such as Leda, Venus, Siringa, Phaethon, Jupiter, Pan or Europa and the moon, as the moon is the element that appears most frequently in the entire production of the poet from Orihuela. Overall good. - Italian painter from the turn of the century who paid artistic homage to his home city of Naples with unnumerous views of it.
