Note: Galien Laloue, born Eugène Galien Laloue in 1854, was a French painter known for his cityscapes, particularly of Paris. His works meticulously and delicately capture everyday Parisian life in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Eugène Galien-Laloue used soft colors and subtle light to evoke the vibrant, picturesque atmosphere of Paris, creating works imbued with romanticism and nostalgia.
