Reclining figure by Donald Baechler (1956-2022), cast in an edition of 9 + 2 AP copies by Noack, Berlin. - The New York artist studied for a year at the Städelschule in Frankfurt am Main in 1977/78 and is now considered the most important protagonist of the Neo-Expressionist movement in the USA alongside Jean-Michel Basquiat and Keith Haring. His works can be found in the MoMA and the Guggenheim in New York as well as in the Stedelijk in Amsterdam or in the Center Georges Pompidou and the Musée National d'Art Moderne in Paris. - Impeccable.
