The gently curved head of this axe is decorated with floral motifs in silver-inlay throughout its entirety, with most of the decoration still visible. The shaft is a cylindrical wooden rod capped with iron and wrapped with fabric. The fabric is mostly present but is dry from age and is peeling away from the shaft in various places. Dimensions: L: 16.5 in. (41.91 cm.); The silver inlay has faded but is still relatively well preserved.
