This spectacular bottle, in black porcelain, was created by the French firm Revol and enhanced with 413 white and black diamonds set in silver and gold by the London jeweller Garrard, one of the jewellers to the English crown and one of the oldest in the world. It was created as a tribute to the attributes of Scottish royal power. The crown, sceptre and sword, known as "Honour", are the oldest royal attributes of the British Isles. This limited edition was released in 2011 as a prelude to the commemoration of 60 years of Elizabeth II's reign. The original Royal Salute was released in 1953 to commemorate her coronation in 1952. The whiskies were carefully selected in Royal Salute's Strathislat cellar and blended by Chivas Regal Master Blender Colin Scott to create this precious masterpiece.
