A.S. Collection Italian coins A.S. COLLECTION There are many ways to give a numismatic collection a criterion. One can choose a city, a region, an era, a coin type. A. S. over forty years of numismatics has chosen the criterion of quality: the coin as a small artistic masterpiece that is best appreciated through conservation. Coin after coin, A. S. selected Italian gold and silver coins, particularly from the eighteenth century to the present, and especially coins of the Savoy, that were of great quality, that were just "beautiful" to look at. And when you line up such a collection, you cannot help but be amazed by the gleaming shiny bottoms of the gold coins or the patinas of the silver ones. We are therefore proud to present this selection of little joys, certain that other collectors will vie for them by sharing with A. S. his aesthetic judgments.
