If one automatically thinks of lingerie when mentionning Chantal Thomass, she was nonetheless one of the major figures of the French designers from the 70’s. These eclectic designers had a distinctive style that drew the women of the 80' and 90'. Irreverent and eminently creative, this new wave embraced generations and brought a new energy to Parisian fashion. In this movement, Chantal Thomass defines the contours of a new femininity; extravagant, free, sensual, filled with humor and references. She is the great instigator of the feminine masculine, the unveiled veil, from underneath to above, easily borrowing fabrics and inspiration of the masculine wardrobe. A unique style that emphasises the body and remodels it. Greta Garbo, Louise Brooks, Marlene Dietrich, Josephine Baker are her heroines. Lace, bows, the pink and black colours are its favourites
