Ernst Hassebrauk (1905-1974), four etchings by the painter and graphic artist from Dresden. He studied there and in Leipzig, where he was a master student of Willi Geiger. He was banned from exhibiting under the Nazis. He was appointed professor in 1947. His students included Werner Tübke. "Abgestellte Figuren (Schlosspark Großsedlitz)", "Fünf Frauen mit Elisabeth Voigt", "Die Zuhörer" and "Begräbnis", etchings with drypoint on wove paper, 2 x signed lower right by the artist, 2 x signed by his widow, one behind passepartout, dimensions 45 x 65 cm
