In Anular verwandelt die aufwändige Herstellungsprozess das Buch in ein wahrhaftiges, bibliophiles Kunstobjekt. Gedruckt auf Vélin Richard de Bas und auf Arches für den Einband. All pages of the book illustrated, with typography intermingled with the illustrations, some pages with cut-outs, some leaves deliberately torn or burnt. Tàpies attached special importance to the book and considered it an art form in its own right. In Anular, the elaborate production process transforms the book into a true, bibliophile art object.
