Świerczewski "Walter" looking left , and around the rim there there is the inscription: Medal Za Waszą Wolność i Naszą - PRL.Świerczewski "Walter "中将的头像向左看，边缘刻有 "为了你们和我们的自由 "字样："为了你们和我们的自由"。背面，在底部用丝带系着的月桂花环背景上，有一颗三角形的反法西斯之星，上面刻有三行字："XIII // BI // 1919"："XIII//BI//1936-1939"，边缘刻有 "DĄBROWSZCZAKOM"，底部在花环的缎带之间刻有日期 "1956"；这是 1956 年为纪念 1936-1939 年西班牙内战参与者而设立的军事勋章。使用了 J.
