Rectangular case entirely enameled with guilloché enamels in shades of blue and white enamel frames. Dial with guilloché enamels in shades of white, featuring polychrome garlands, Arabic numerals, and black hour markers. On the bottom of the brass case, "Franz Hiess Söhne". Time setting and winding with a key. Franz Hiess & Söhne, founded in 1862 in Vienna, Austria, was a notable silverware and clockmaking company active in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
