Russia Cavalry Officer's Saber, Annin's Weapon 1827 This lot is sent from our warehouse in Berlin; The hilt consists of a three-arm guard. On two arms there is an inscription For Bravery. The gold badge of the Order is fixed on the top screw St. Anne 4th degree. The saber was assembled by a rare master Borman. There are remains of gilding on all brass parts. Metal sheath with two rings for a sword belt. Blade with one wide fuller without marks. Blade length 76 cm. Width 2.6 cm. Total length 93 cm. Exceptionally rare. A wonderful collector's item. Finial decorated with the monogram of Emperor Nicholas 2 during his reign which officer received his first officer rank. On the spin The badge of the Order of St. Anne, 4th degree, is installed on the guard. engraved inscription For Bravery. Wooden scabbard covered with leather. brass scabbard device. Blade of the Zlatoust arms factory with one wide down. On the heel of the blade there are military acceptance marks and the mark 08 GB. Presumably 8 howitzer battery. Blade length 80 cm. Width 3 cm. Total length 94.5 cm. The condition is good.; Condition-I
