Fine copy of this work containing instructions for officers and troops of the army of the Venetian Republic, compiled by the famous commander Von der Schulenburg, who liberated Corfu from the Turks in 1717 and is also known for having amassed a large art collection including paintings by Caravaggio, Correggio, Giorgione, Giulio Romano, and Giovanni Benedetto Castiglione. 4to, (273 x 200mm). 11 plates outside text, text within engraved borders.
