Lieve brunitura marginale, buono stato di conservazione. Istituzione del monopolio della Compagnia delle Indie. Su iniziativa di Calonne la Compagnia delle Indie era stata creata nel 1785, in accordo con il governo inglese. Provvista di un capitale di 20 milioni di lire questa società detiene il privilegio di commercio al di là del Capo di Buona Speranza. Il citato decreto del 21 Settembre conferma il monopolio. Con questo decreto sono nominati gli amministratori, che diventeranno ricchissimi: fra questi, in primis Pierre Bernier che si era recato a Londra nel 1784 per negoziare l’accordo con gli inglesi. On Calonne's initiative, the India Company was created in 1785, in agreement with the English government. Equipped with a capital of 20 million lire, this company holds the privilege of trading beyond the Cape of Good Hope. The aforementioned decree of 21 September confirms the monopoly. With this decree, the administrators were appointed, who would become very rich: among these, first and foremost Pierre Bernier who had gone to London in 1784 to negotiate the agreement with the English.

Lieve brunitura marginale, qualche macchietta, buono stato di conservazione. Decreto sull’importazione di tele di cotone, per favorire la Compagnia. Su iniziativa di Calonne sono annullati i passaporti speciali relativi al cotone. Il decreto si richiama alla precedente legge del 10 Luglio 1785 che vietava l'importazione nel regno di tele di cotone bianche o stampate provenienti dall'estero, ad eccezione ovviamente delle tele bianche che arrivano a Lorient a bordo delle barche della “Compagnie de Calonne”. On Calonne's initiative, the special passports relating to cotton are cancelled. The decree refers to the previous law of 10 July 1785 which prohibited the importation into the kingdom of white or printed cotton cloths from abroad, with the obvious exception of white cloths arriving in Lorient on board the boats of the "Compagnie de Calonne".

Lieve brunitura marginale, buono stato di conservazione. Misura protezionista per il commercio e l’importazione del tessuto di cotone. «Oui le rapport du sieur de Calonne, … Controleur general des finances». Il decreto mira a sostenere il monopolio delle manifatture dell’Alsazia che coloravano le tele di cotone. Bifolium in 4to. 250x190 mm. Pages 2, 2 blank. Headpiece decorated with the Lilies of France surmounted by the omniscient eye. Slight marginal browning, good condition. Protectionist measure for the trade and import of cotton fabric. «Oui le rapport du sieur de Calonne, … Controleur general des finances». The decree aims to support the monopoly of the Alsace factories that dyed cotton cloth.

La data si ricava dall’ultima tabella: “Ce rapport a ete approuve par la premiere section du Conseil … juin 1886 … President A. Isaac.”Auguste Paul Isaac, 1849-1938, uomo d’affari, economista, uomo politico e uomo di Stato, fu membro dei consigli di amministrazione di numerose società (Compagnie des chemins de fer de Paris à Lyon età la Méditerranée (PLM, Compagnie universelle du canal maritime de Suez) e fu membro di diverse istituzioni politiche (Conseil supérieur du travail, Conseil supérieur des colonies, etc.). Deputato del Rhone dal 1919 al 1924 divenne Ministro del Commercio e dell’Industria nel 1920-21. Folio, 320x210 mm. Pp. 4, 4 tables in as many fly leaves.
