Corporate legislation and taxation. Two documents. 1747-49 Arrest du Conseil d’Etat du Roi, Portant reglement pour l’enregistrement des brevets d’apprentissage dans le corps des Marchands Merciers. Important decree that modifies the legislation regarding the apprentices of the merchants' guilds, who had to undergo a three-year apprenticeship: this apprenticeship had to be certified by a patent whose registration had to take place at the time of signing the contract between the operator and the apprentice. The decree establishes the trader's responsibility regarding the correct procedures for registering the patent, to be presented within fifteen days of the start of the apprenticeship. Legature con tracce d’uso, qualche restauro e lacuna ai dorsi, internamente lievi fioriture ma buono stato di conservazione. Celebre e prestigiosa collana, curata da Pietro Custodi, pubblicata a Milano tra il 1803 e il 1816 per un totale di 50 volumi, 7 di parte antica, 41 della moderna, Indici e un volume di Supplemento. Nella monumentale opera sono raccolti in modo organico e con respiro europeo i principali studi di economia, fiscalità e moneta tra il se. XVIII e XIX. 50 volumes in large 8vo. 205x140 mm. Half leather and marbled boards bindings, title and volume number embossed in gold within double label on the decorated flat back, yellow edges. Stamp of belonging to the title pages and paper bookplate on the inside cover. The work is divided into an Ancient Part, numbered v. 1-7, dated 1803, and Modern Part, numbered v. 1-41, dated 1803-1804. Some volumes are in two part, so ideally it was then considered a single series of 48 volumes. The last two, numbered 49 and 50, contain the "Supplement" and the Indices, and bear the date 1816. Binding with signs of wear, some restoration and gaps in the backs, internally slight foxing but good condition. Famous and prestigious series, edited by Pietro Custodi, published in Milan between 1803 and 1816 for a total of 50 volumes, 7 of the Ancient Part, 41 of the Modern Part, Indices and a volume of Supplement. The main European studies of economics, taxation and money between the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries are organically collected in the monumental work.
