This reference was produced in stainless steel, yellow gold, and in rare examples in other gold alloys.The present example of Rolex Datejust ref. 6305, with its rare and attractive rose gold case circa 1956, features a charming white dial with fancy applied gold hour markers imitating the shape of a paper airplane. Another interesting feature is the date roulette that indicates even numbers in red and odd numbers in black.
