Tre pugnali prevalentemente indiani, XX secolo Carta con lama con dorso inciso su entrambi i lati, ghiera in argento con turchese incastonato, scaglie dell'impugnatura in legno rivettate e binario dell'impugnatura in argento. Lunghezza 32 cm. Khandjar con lama in Damasco saldata a doppio taglio e fodero in ferro e testa di tigre intarsiato in argento. Lunghezza 29,5 cm. Koummya nordafricana con lama a doppio taglio a lama singola in punta (leggermente bucherellata) e impugnatura in legno montata in ottone e nichel-argento. Fodero in alpacca riccamente inciso con anelli di sospensione sui lati. Lunghezza 35 cm. Condizione: II +

Insgesamt sehr gut erhalten, die Kupfer kräftig im Druck. With engraved title page, engraved portrait and some woodcut initials. Cont. vellum with handwritten title on spine and coloured edges on three sides (stained, cover minimally bent). Inside cover with mounted Exlibris "Marc Cristoph Frauen Knecht" - Flyleaf with further entries in ink and pencil, title page illegibly stamped, minimally and very evenly browned due to paper, only occasional dampstains (mainly in the margins) and occasional underlinings. Overall very well preserved, the copper engravings in bold impression.
