Figura in porcellana Allegoria dell'Asia dalla serie dei Quattro Continenti, Friedrich Elias Meyer, 1752 (disegno), Meissen, 1860 - 1924 (finitura) Porcellana dipinta a colori. Base rocaille dipinta in oro con cammello in rilievo. Raffigurazione allegorica del continente asiatico della serie dei Quattro Continenti. Signora con mantello riccamente decorato con fiori. Tiene una lampada d'incenso nella mano destra e uno scettro nella sinistra. Il lato inferiore reca il marchio del pomo, il marchio del pittore "41" e il modello n. "1720". Incensiere e braccio restaurati, manico dell'incensiere rotto. Base con piccola scheggiatura e restaurata. Altezza 15,7 cm. Condizioni: II - III

Meist mit Briefumschlägen, meist Marken entfernt, tls. zensiert Enthält eh. Privatpost vorwiegend von Windeckers Frau an die Schwiegermutter I. von Büchler in Berlin meist aus Singapur sowie aus versch. Hotels (Annam, Baden-Baden, Siemréap (Angkor), Bremen, Cameron Highlands) u. vom Schiff 'Gneisenau' auf entsprechendem Briefpapier von der Hinreise nach Singapur und Rückreise beim Ausbruch des 2. Weltkrieges. Dabei auch Briefe von einer Reise nach Indochina Kambodscha. - Einmalige Korrespondenz des Diplomatenehepaares mit vielen Hintergrundinformationen über das Leben als Diplomat in Asien. - Im Anschluss war Adolf von Windecker als Vertreter für das Auswärtige Amt tätig, u.a. 1941 beim Reichskommissar in Riga, 1944 organisierte er in Konstanz den Austausch von Kriegsgefangenen. - Dabei: 12 kl. Die Arbeiten signiert, datiert und betitelt. - Erschienen anlässlich der gleichnamigen Ausstellung in der spanischen Stadt Orihuela. Das Künstlerbuch stellt einen Dialog zwischen dem Werk des murcianischen Yagües und dem Gedichtband "Perito en Lunas" des Dichters Miguel Hernández aus Orihuela dar. Die Radierungen basieren aus den mythologisch-erotischen Versen des Dichters, in welcher zahlreiche Figuren aus der griechisch-lateinischen Antike auftauchen, wie Leda, Venus, Siringa, Phaethon, Jupiter, Pan oder Europa und der Mond, denn der Mond ist das Element, das in der gesamten Produktion des Dichters aus Orihuela am häufigsten vorkommt. Die Graphiken sind teils mit reliefierten Applikationen aus Metall versehen. - Die meist nachtblauen Aquatinten überaus gratig und farbsatt. Seltenes Objekt aus kleinster Auflage.
