Corpo del berretto in lana rossa con tre fili di soutache dorati su ciascun lato, in cima un nodo ungherese di quattro fili in filo dorato che indica un ufficiale superiore, all'interno di un bordo circolare di soutache, fascia del berretto in panno nero con due file di foglie di quercia, rami e ghiande ricamate a mano in filo dorato, rifinite con soutache dorate in alto e in basso. Im Folgeschritt wird die Papierunterlage des Abzuges abgerieben, sodass nur die transparente Emulsion zurückbleib. Im Anschluss wurde die Arbeit rückseitig dann von Hand in Ölfarben koloriert. Crysstoleen waren zwischen den 1880er - 1910er Jahren sehr beliebt. - Edouard Bisson war ein französischer Maler des Fin de Siècle. Er ist vor allem für seine ätherischen Frauendarstellungen bekannt, bei denen er sich auf die Überhöhung einer stilisierten Form weiblicher Schönheit konzentrierte und die stillistisch stark an die Präraffaeliten erinnern. Bisson stellte merhmals im Pariser Salon aus und gewann 1900 die Bronzemedaille auf der Weltausstellung. - Auf dem Glas punktuell mit wenigen und oberflächlichen Kratzern. Insgesamt gut. L'ordine, "pubblicato per informazione dell'esercito", contiene un Atto del Congresso volto a "provvedere alla nomina di un Generale in Capo degli Eserciti degli Stati Confederati". La seconda sezione recita, in parte: "Il Generale ROBERT E. LEE, essendo stato debitamente nominato Generale in Capo degli Eserciti degli Stati Confederati, assumerà le sue funzioni e sarà obbedito e rispettato di conseguenza". La parte superiore reca un timbro "Rebel Archives" della "Record Division, War Department". In buone condizioni, con una macchia sul bordo destro.
