Franco, mounted on cardboard, 22.5 x 22.5 cm, signed, dated, and inscribed “To Mr. Buysse, President of the International Motorboat Union, with warm regards / October 28, 1958.” Freddy Buysse served as president of the International Motorboat Union from 1946 to 1972. The organization was founded in Belgium in 1922.
